First Squad detectives are investigating the Wheatley Heights shooting Sunday of a Nassau County man, Suffolk police said.

Marvin Jabouin was smoking a cigarette outside a residence on Circle Drive at about 12:45 a.m. when he was shot three times in his left leg, police said.

Jabouin, 35, of Elmont, was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where he was treated and released.
