A 33-year-old man was struck in the face with a bottle and beaten by four men early Sunday at an Elmont bar, police said.

The attack started about 4:15 a.m. when the victim had a verbal dispute with one of the suspects while inside Cafe Moments, 784 Elmont Rd., Nassau County police said.

One attacker pushed the victim, which led to the three other assailants punching him, police said.

During the altercation, one of the suspects hit the unidentified victim on the right side the face with a bottle, resulting in cuts, authorities said.

All four suspects then left the scene on foot. The Nassau County police ambulance took the victim to a hospital for treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
