Cops: Pedestrian robbed in Uniondale

Three masked men, one with a black handgun, attacked a Uniondale man as he walked along California Avenue near Front Street at 11:30 Friday night.

Nassau County police said the trio of men got out of a dark-colored four-door sedan, approached the man and demanded his money. One of the suspects put the gun to the victim's head, police said.

They took his money and ID, got back into their car and drove west on Midwood Street in Uniondale.

The victim, 29, was not injured.
