<a href="/topics//Nassau_County,_NY">Nassau</a> County police are investigating an attempted robbery that occurred at a bank in Roslyn Heights Wednesday afternoon. 
 Police said a man, about 20 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, light blue pants and construction boots, entered the <a href="/topics//TD_Bank,_N.A.">TD Bank</a> at 111 <a href="/topics//Mineola,_NY">Mineola</a> Ave. and presented a "robbery demand" note to the teller. 
 After several seconds, the man took back the note and left on foot, heading north on <a href="/topics//Mineola,_NY">Mineola</a> Avenue, police said, adding that no proceeds were taken or injuries reported. Five employees and one customer were in the bank at the time of the robbery, police said. 
 Detectives ask anyone with information regarding this crime to call <a href="/topics//Nassau_County,_NY">Nassau</a> County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All <a href="/topics//Callers_(musician)">callers</a> will remain anonymous.
