Second Squad detectives are trying to determine who took an unspecified amount of cash, iPhones, iPads and Android phones from a Farmingdale Verizon Wireless store early Thursday, Nassau County police said.

At about 3:47 a.m., a Second Precinct officer heard an alarm coming from the store at 87 Hempstead Tpke., police said.

The officer reported a brick had been thrown through the front door of the store and that cash and several phones were missing.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
