Cops probe fatal New Year's Day shooting

Nassau County police and Crime Stoppers are trying to determine who shot a man to death in Hempstead early New Year's Day.
Police on Wednesday released a photograph of the victim, Andre Graydon, 26, of Hempstead, who was shot about 3:15 a.m. on Main Street between Sammis Place and Stowe Place.
Graydon was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries, police said.
Telephone calls Wednesday to the Graydon home were not returned.
