Cops probe Hempstead pedestrian accident
Police are investigating a pedestrian accident that left one person injured Monday in West Hempstead.
Nassau County police said details were still emerging.
The accident occurred at 8:48 a.m. at the intersection of Woodfield Road and Westminster Road, police said.
Emergency personnel were on the scene.
