Nassau County's Homicide Squad is investigating the death Sunday of a man in a Roosevelt parking lot, police said.

Detectives said the victim, a 32-year-old man, sustained cuts in an altercation in the parking lot at 338 Nassau Rd. at about 7:10 p.m.

The unidentified victim was transported to North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset where he was pronounced dead at 9:27 p.m.

A police spokesman said Monday the man died of the cuts but could not provide more information.
