Cops probe shots fired from BMW
Police are searching for a man in a light-colored BMW they said fired shots outside a home in Valley Stream early Monday before fleeing.
The incident occurred outside a home on East Oxford Street at 12:50 a.m., Nassau County police said.
Police said they are searching for a man in his 20s who they believe fired the shots from a dark-colored handgun before fleeing in a beige BMW hardtop-convertible.
No one was injured in the incident, police said.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential, police said.
