Cops: Racist graffiti painted on Roosevelt supermarket
Nassau police are searching for a vandal who painted racially-biased graffiti on the side of a Roosevelt supermarket.
The graffiti was discovered at 6:25 a.m. Saturday on the side of the Western Beef supermarket, at 332 Nassau Rd.
Police said the graffiti was written in large white letters. Officers declined to elaborate on what was written or at which racial group it was directed.
The vandalism, police said, has been removed.
