First Squad detectives said a man entered the store at 318 Nassau Rd. at about 8:20 p.m., displayed a black handgun and demanded money from the store owner.

The suspect then left the store, traveling south on Nassau Road, with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

One other employee was in the store at the time of the robbery; no injuries were reported, police said.
