Cops seek pair who ditched stolen car, left tot inside
A young child was left behind in a stolen car by two men Monday who abandoned the vehicle in Massapequa as police closed in on them, officials said.
The child, a girl believed to be about 5 years old, was not injured, police said. Nassau police are still seeking the men, who were last seen running from the stolen car near Carmans Road and Northgate Avenue about 4 p.m., police said.
