Cops: Teen robbed on S. Floral Park street

One of the robbers punched the teenage victim in the side of the head with his fist, police said. Another grabbed his Dr. Dre Beats headphones.

Now, Nassau County police are searching for three suspects who attacked a 16-year-old boy late Wednesday afternoon on a street in South Floral Park, robbing him and then running off.

The robbery took place near the intersection of Marguerite Avenue and Emma Street at about 5:30 p.m., police said.

Police said the victim was not injured in the robbery.

The three robbers are all believed to be in their 20s. Police ask anyone with information about the robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
