Cops: Teen upset over drug sale charged

A teenager was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree burglary, police said, after he broke into the home of a Cedarhurst teenager who had allegedly shortchanged him in a marijuana sale.

Maurice Moore, 17, of North Woodmere, was charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana.

Moore shattered a rear door window of the house on Atlantic Avenue at 1 p.m. and took an Xbox video console, police said. The home was occupied by two people who notified police, and Moore was arrested at the scene, police said.

Moore was to be arraigned Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
