Nassau police are looking for three men, two of them armed with silver revolvers, who beat and robbed a 55-year-old man at his Inwood apartment early Sunday

Police said the victim answered the door of his Bayview Avenue apartment around 3:40 a.m. He was pulled outside, hit on the head with the butt of a gun, dragged back inside his apartment and told not to look at the three intruders, police said.

The three men fled with a flat-screen TV and laptop computer, police said, and the victim was taken to the hospital where he received 13 staples for a laceration on his head.

Police describe the first suspect as 5-foot, 7 inches tall, 165 pounds, with a mustache and wearing a white T-shirt and jeans; the second is 5-foot, 6 inches tall, with an Afro and wearing jeans, and the third as being 5-foot, 10 inches tall, 240 pounds and wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS.
