Cops: Trio sought in New Cassel stabbing
Third Squad detectives are looking for three men who stabbed another man early Monday in New Cassel, Nassau County police said.
The victim, 31, was arguing with the three men on Union Avenue at about 4:10 a.m. when one of them stabbed him in the stomach and back, police said.
The three men ran off in an unknown direction, and the victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries, police said. In a news release, police did not disclose the victim's condition.
