Nassau County police have arrested two Queens Village men and are looking for a third in connection with a January robbery in Elmont, detectives from the Fifth Squad said.

Reginald Aubourg, 19, of 112-22 Witthoff St.; Sadrack Mesidor Jr., 20, of 112-17 Witthoff St.; and an unidentified third man approached three males on Jan. 29 at 8:15 p.m., police said. Aubourg, armed with what appeared to be a knife, and his two accomplices demanded the men empty their pockets, police said.

After taking their cell phones, police said, Aubourg, Mesidor and the third man fled in a vehicle.

The detectives, acting on radio notification, saw the vehicle on Biltmore Avenue and Hempstead Turnpike, where they stopped it.

An investigation revealed the driver was not involved in the robbery, but police did recover the cell phones and then arrested Aubourg at his residence on Jan. 31, police said.

Mesidor was arrested Sunday night at his residence, police said.

He was charged with three counts of robbery. He was scheduled to be arraigned Monday on charges of robbery in First District Court in Hempstead.

Aubourg was arraigned Feb. 1 on three counts of robbery. He returns to court Thursday.
