Two men were arrested early Monday after they were caught burglarizing a Bellmore store, police said.

Devon Hargrove, 37, of 509 Station Rd., Bellport, and David Potter, 35, of 57 S. 28th St., Wyandanch, "were observed by a witness kicking in the front glass door" of T-Mobile at 2762 Sunrise Hwy., Nassau County police said in a news release.

The two men fled the scene of the 12:30 a.m. break-in without taking anything, police said, and responding Seventh Precinct officers arrested Potter as he tried to leave the scene in a car. A short time later, a canine officer with his dog caught Hargrove on Clarendon Avenue in Bellmore, police said.

Each man was charged with third-degree burglary and held for arraignment Monday at First District Court in Hempstead.
