Cops: Two men rob limousine at gunpoint in Valley Stream
Fifth Squad detectives are looking for two men who robbed a limousine driver at gunpoint Thursday morning in Valley Stream and took off in the limo, Nassau County police said.
Detectives said the driver was taking two passengers from the Jamaica train station to Long Island when they asked him to stop near Bell Court and Dana Court. The passengers, both wearing baseball caps, ordered the driver out of the car.
One of the men produced a silver handgun and demanded the driver turn over his wallet and iPhone, police said.
The men then drove off with the car, a black 2001 Lincoln Town Car, registration number T524924C.
No injuries were reported.
Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-8477. All callers will remain anonymous.
