Cops: Vehicle hits child in Uniondale
A male child was injured after being struck by a vehicle in Uniondale on Saturday, police said.
Nassau County police said they responded to Uniondale Avenue and Hampton Road around 7 p.m.
Police later said the boy had nonlife-threatening injuries.
