Crash shuts eastbound Jericho Tpke. in Westbury

A motorcycle accident has shut down Jericho Turnpike near Hicks Nursery, Nassau County police said.

The turnpike's eastbound lanes are closed at Ellison Avenue, in Westbury, because of the accident, police said.

It was unknown if anyone was injured or if another vehicle was involved.
