On Friday, Nassau County Executive Laura Curran signed a bill, proposed by Nassau County Legis. Joshua Lafazan, that would require the Nassau County Police Department to publish "visor cards."  Drivers could identify on the card their preferred method of communication, such as American Sign Language or use of pen-and-paper.
