A grocery store supply truck driver was injured Sunday morning when his vehicle overturned in Freeport, officials said.

Police said the rollover happened at 6:44 a.m. when the unidentified driver, who was traveling eastbound on Sunrise Highway, made a right turn onto Main Street. He was taken to South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside.

None of the groceries spilled and no road closures resulted from the accident, police said. The cause of the accident was under investigation.
