E. Meadow man accused in Sept. burglary
Nassau County police have arrested an East Meadow man in connection with a Garden City burglary in September.
Sergio Aguirre, 21, was charged with burglary and scheduled to be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead Sunday.
The man police call Aguirre's accomplice at the same burglary, Christian Pagan, 19, of Hicksville, was arrested Nov. 24 after a Nassau County police crime scene unit found a latent finger print that allegedly matched his at the Roosevelt Avenue home.
Officers found that window screens on the Garden City home's first and second floors had been cut and that somebody had entered the home's second floor, though nothing was reported stolen.
