For the second time this month, a 13-year-old girl from Elmont who went missing has been found, police said Sunday.

Dahiana Vasquez was reported missing after she was last seen leaving her home at 10:19 p.m. on April 12, police said. She was found Wednesday, but then went missing the next day.

She was located Sunday after being missing since leaving her home about 4 p.m. Thursday, police said.

No details were released about where she had been.
