Nassau County police have issued an alert for a missing vulnerable adult who was last seen in Elmont at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Yubi Zhan, 88, of Elmont, was last seen on Hill Avenue. She has Alzheimer’s disease and officials said she may be in need of medical attention.

Zhan is believed to be on foot and speaks Mandarin.

She is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds, with gray hair and black eyes. She was last seen carrying a yellow purse, and wearing black pants with black shoes and a yellow jacket.

Police ask that anyone who sees Zhan contact them at 516-573-7347, or by calling 911.
