Fallen Nassau County Police Officers Arthur Lopez and Joseph P. Olivieri Jr. will be among those honored Wednesday morning at a memorial ceremony.

Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano and Police Commissioner Thomas Dale will hold the 11 a.m. ceremony for all deceased members of the department, at the Police Memorial, on the front lawn of headquarters at 1490 Franklin Ave. in Mineola.

Floral tributes will be placed at the memorial in honor of deceased officers, and Lopez and Olivieri will be added to the honor roll in the memorial garden, officials said.

Lopez, 29, of Babylon Village, was fatally shot on Oct. 23 during a confrontation with an ex-convict near the Nassau-Queens border.

Olivieri Jr., 43, of Middle Island, was fatally struck by an SUV on Oct. 18 while responding to an accident on the Long Island Expressway.
