Fire chars Hicksville offices
Officials are investigating an early morning fire that ripped through the corporate offices of a window manufacturing company in Hicksville Wednesday.
No one was injured in the blaze, which erupted in the offices of Pioneer Window Manufacturers at 15 Frederick Place at about 4 a.m., police said.
About 75 firefighters from the Hicksville and Syosset fire departments responded with 10 pieces of equipment.
Police said the fire is not considered suspicious. The Nassau County Arson / Bomb Squad and fire marshals are investigating.
