A "massive" fire at a Westbury trash facility that disrupted service on the Long Island Rail Road has been contained, a Nassau fire official said Thursday. The fire first was reported at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday at Jamaica Ash and Rubbish Removal on Covert Lane.
