Fallen celebrity lawyer Dominic Barbara is facing new charges of grand larceny in connection with an incident at the Americana Manhasset mall, records show.

Barbara, 67, has been in and out of court in recent months, defending himself on charges that he harassed, stalked and tried to extort money from his most recent ex-wife, Leslie Barbara.

The grand larceny charges are related to an incident at 2080 Northern Blvd., where Hirshleifers, a high-end boutique, is located. Barbara was arrested March 7, according to a Nassau County court clerk.

A store employee Saturday said no one was available to comment.

Barbara, who couldn't be reached for comment, is due back in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday.

Barbara, whose New York law license has been suspended, is known for representing such clients as Jessica Hahn and Joey Buttafuoco. He's been a familiar guest on Howard Stern's radio show.
