Munsey Park residents must haul their garbage and recyclables back in because of a strike by garbage company workers.
The village’s provider, Westbury-based Meadow Carting, notified the village yesterday about the halt in service. There will be no garbage pickup today, according to a village release.
It is unclear when service will resume, but daily updates will be posted on the village website.
