A Glen Cove man was arrested Monday and charged with burglarizing an Oyster Bay home last month, Nassau police said.

John Mullaly, 30, of 21 Second St., is accused of taking jewelry from a home on Hill Drive on April 30, police said.

Numerous pieces of the stolen jewelry were sold May 9 to Prestige Jewelers, 182A Old Country Rd., Hicksville, by Mullaly, police said.

Mullaly, who was arrested outside his home at 1:20 p.m., was to be held for arraignment Tuesday in First District Court, Hempstead, on a charge of second degree burglary.
