Stephen M. Hanson, 59, of 15 Canterbury Rd., sold 14 glassine envelopes containing what is believed to be heroin at about 6:30 p.m. Aug. 30, detectives from the Narcotics / Vice Squad said in a news release.

On Tuesday, Hanson was arrested in front of his residence by detectives from the Criminal Intelligence Rapid Response Team, police said.
