Nassau County police are looking for a gunman who shot a man working on his truck early Thursday in the driveway of his Great Neck home.

Sixth Squad detectives said the victim, 23, was in his driveway on Pembroke Avenue at about 12:30 a.m. when he was approached by an unknown man.

As the man began to shoot at him, the victim ran away, police said.

The victim was shot once in the shoulder and taken by a family member to a hospital, where he was treated and released, police said.

Police said the gunman fled in a vehicle driven by another person.
