Great Neck teen cited for disorderly conduct
A Great Neck teen was cited for disorderly conduct after he urinated near marked police patrol cars in the parking lot of the State Police barracks in Lack Success early Wednesday, police said.
Holt Hanes, 18, was issued a ticket after he was spotted by a trooper about 12:05 a.m., police said. He was scheduled to appear in Lake Success Village Court on Oct. 5 to answer the charge.
"Mr. Hanes stated that he was unaware it was a police station, and failed to notice the signs and marked police vehicles in the parking lot," state police said in a statement.
Hanes could not be reached for comment.
