A woman told police she heard several gunshots outside her home in Roosevelt late Wednesday night and walked outside in time to see three men running from the scene.
Nassau County police said the woman then discovered her home had been struck by gunfire -- and found a window and a television set damaged.
Police are searching for the suspects.
Police said the incident occurred at 10:55 p.m. on Pleasant Avenue. Two of the suspects wore gray hooded sweatshirts, the other a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, police said. No one was injured.
