Police: Hampton Jitney bus catches fire on eastbound LIE

A bus fire led to an hourslong closure of the eastbound lanes on the Long Island Expressway between exits 33 and 34 in Lake Success before authorities reopened them, police said.
A Hampton Jitney bus caught fire, and the Lake Success Police Department was called to the scene at 10:52 a.m., police said.
All lanes were open by 3:30 p.m., police said.
No injuries were reported.
It wasn't immediately known how many passengers were on the bus, officials said.
