Hicksville nail salon, phone store burglarized, say cops
Burglars broke into a Hicksville nail salon Friday morning, then kicked down the front door of the adjoining AT&T store, Nassau police said.
Officers were called at 9:30 a.m. to Tiffany Nail Salon, 265 W. Old Country Rd., where someone broke in through a locked rear door and stole money, police said.
Investigators discovered the same burglars took iPads, cell phones and other merchandise from the AT&T store, police said.
Detectives ask anyone with information about the crimes to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS.
