Nassau County police announced on Saturday they arrested a Hicksville teen for allegedly stealing iPhones on two occasions in February and March.

Police arrested Ricaldo Michel, 17, of 38 Robbins Lane at his home on Friday.

Detectives from the Second Squad said Michel, along with a juvenile defendant, removed an iPhone 5 from a juvenile victim's pants pocket at 3 p.m. February 26 in front of Hicksville High School, at 180 Division Ave.

Michel is also accused of taking an iPhone from the sweatshirt pocket of a second victim while on the basketball courts of Cantiague Park, at 490 W. John St., at 6:15 p.m. March 13, police said.

Michel was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday in First District Court in Hempstead. He is being charged withn two counts of third-degree robbery.
