Jericho man reported missing
A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Jericho man, Nassau County police said Wednesday morning.
Charles F. Albanese, 53, left his home on Sutton Terrace just before 8 a.m. Wednesday, driving a 1993 black Jeep Grand Cherokee with New York plates ALP 9728, police said.
He is white, 5-feet-8 inches and 180 pounds, with short gray hair and a mustache.
Police said Alblanese is a frequent visitor to the Broadway Mall in Hicksville and Best Buy in Levittown. Anyone with information should call 911.
The Silver Alert program is designed to inform local media, hospitals and law enforcement agencies when a senior citizen or individual suffering from mental or cognitive disorders is missing.
