A gunman in a black face mask tied up four people at a Carle Place clothing store and ran off with money and personal property Thursday morning, Nassau police said.

He bound two employees and two customers inside Joyce Leslie on Glen Cove Road at 10:10 a.m., police said.

Besides taking the victims' belongings, he grabbed property from a safe and money from the register, police said.

The robber ran north through a parking lot toward Westbury Boulevard, police said.

No injuries were reported.

The suspect also wore a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants and appeared to be 5 feet, 8 inches to 5 feet, 10 inches tall, police said.
