Katie Beers, who has written a book about being kidnapped and kept in an underground bunker 20 years ago, is teaming with the New York Islanders for a special fundraiser.

Beers will join "America's Most Wanted" host John Walsh at a game Thursday night at Nassau Coliseum.

The Islanders have announced that $2 from every ticket sold for the game against the rival New York Rangers will go to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Team owner Charles Wang says he will match whatever amount is raised from the ticket sales and other fundraisers at the game.

Beers, who now lives in Pennsylvania, has co-written a bestseller about her 1993 ordeal.
