A Levittown man was hospitalized in critical condition Tuesday after his car apparently rolled over him while he was working on it, Nassau police said.

A neighbor found John Flood, 64, "under his car in the driveway of his Prentice Road home" at about 10 p.m. Monday, police said in a news release.

Flood was taken to Nassau University Medical Center, where he is in intensive care, police said.

No criminality is involved, police said.
