Lindenhurst man pleads not guilty to porn video solicitation charges

A Lindenhurst man accused of trying to lure teenage girls into making a porn video pleaded not guilty Thursday to felony charges, Nassau County prosecutors said.
A grand jury indictment charges Andrew Quattrone, 32, with two counts each of attempted use of a child in a sex performance, third-degree criminal solicitation and child endangerment.
After his February arrest, police said Quattrone showed two 14-year-old girls condoms and explicit photos in a parking lot in Massapequa Park and asked if they'd make an "adult video" with him.
Quattrone served time in prison after a 2009 arrest for attempted use of a child in a sex performance, but didn't have to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to charges that didn't fit the criteria, authorities said.
His lawyer could not be reached Thursday.
