LIRR: Service restored between Island Park, Long Beach

The Long Island Rail Road has restored service between Island Park and Long Beach, the railroad said Sunday afternoon.

In an alert issued at 4:02 p.m., the railroad said service was restored following the repair of a mechanical problem with the Reynolds Channel bridge. Customers should expect residual delays, the railroad added.
