Long Beach city officials will hold a candlelight vigil tonight in remembrance of the victims of the Orlando, Florida, nightclub shooting.

The vigil is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. at Kennedy Plaza, in front of Long Beach City Hall at 1 W. Chester Ave.

“We stand in solidarity with the LGBT community and the communities in Orlando, Florida to remember the lives lost to senseless violence,” the city leadership said in a joint statement.
