Long Island Expressway westbound lanes at Exit 39 reopened
All westbound lanes of the Long Island Expressway were reopened by 9 p.m. Friday night after they were closed due to a crash investigation at Exit 39 in East Hills, Nassau County police said Friday evening.
The closure created delays for several hours during rush hour traffic
