A Flushing man was arrested Friday in New Cassel after he offered to sell counterfeit DVDs to undercover officers for $5, police said.

Baogui Chen, 47, of Melbourne Avenue, was seen entering and leaving various businesses in New Cassel with the DVDs before making the offer to undercover officers, Nassau police said.

Chen was arrested about 1 p.m. and charged with failing to disclose the origin of a recording and second-degree counterfeiting. He was to be arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
