A Levittown man was arrested Tuesday night and charged with selling oxycodone pills twice in February, Nassau County police said.

Frank Vaccaro, 23, of Forge Lane, was arrested on Hicksville Road in Massapequa at 10:20 p.m. and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.

Police said that on Feb. 7 and Feb. 21, Vaccaro sold "a quantity" of 30-mg oxycodone pills in North Massapequa.

Police did not say how many pills Vaccaro allegedly sold or how much he was paid for the alleged transactions.
