Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, is "in stable condition" at St. Francis Hospital in Flower Hill, according to a hospital spokesman. RadarOnline.com reported that Lohan was admitted Tuesday after suffering a minor heart attack.
His girlfriend, Kate Major, told the site that after flying back from Miami on Monday, Lohan had been short of breath throughout the next day and that, "His blood pressure skyrocketed." Radar also said that Lohan, 49, was scheduled to undergo a procedure Friday to unclog his arteries.
Lohan had told Holly scoop.com last Friday that he had been experiencing chest pains because of trouble with his former fiancee, Erin Muller, saying, "I'm going to have a heart attack because of her."
According to police reports, Muller was arrested last week in Nassau County for calling Lohan on his cell phone, violating an order of protection he had taken out. The county district attorney's office has said Muller is due in court April 7.
Just last month, Lohan and his ex-wife, Dina Lohan, were back in Family Court to argue about how much Michael Lohan owes her in child support payments for their two minor children.
